Always store your Camilla Gabrieli shoes in their care bag placed inside the box, out of direct sunlight and heat. Ensure the shoes are well ventilated before storage. To preserve the shape of the shoes, use unbleached and dye-free paper stuffing to help them keep their shape for a long time.

Lightly brush the shoes after every wear to remove dirt and impurities. Always store your Camilla Gabrieli shoes in their care bag placed inside the box and out of direct sunlight and heat. The application of a waterproof spray may on satin and suede help to protect the shoes from dust, stains and dirt.

The soles of your Camilla Gabrieli shoes are made from smooth and delicate leather and will therefore be subject to marking upon first wear. This is not a manufacturing defect. It is natural and part of the normal wear of the shoes.

It is not recommended to walk on any wet surfaces as this may alter the structure of the soles and cause staining to the upper.

We do not recommend replacing the soles as this may alter the structure of the shoes.

With extensive wear the heel tips of your Camilla Gabrieli shoes may naturally wear down. We recommend to change the heel tips before the inner metal begins to show. This is important as having an unstable heel can lead to balancing issues and effect the shape of the entire shoe.

Our luxurious textiles are sourced and inspected for the highest quality and durability. Being naturally delicate fabrics, we recommend avoiding contact with sharp or abrasive objects and surfaces that may cause pulls or tears.

It is not unusual for delicate fabrics to fade over time, so we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight or strong light. When not in use ensure the shoes are stored in their care bags away from any direct light or heat. Contact with liquid may cause satin to stain and therefore it is important to keep your shoes safe from rain, alcohol, oil and other liquids.

You can gently remove surface dirt by using a clean, dry, soft cloth.

To remove stains lightly brush the spot with a soft dry toothbrush to loosen the dirt and make it fall off as much as possible. For the second step, mix 2 parts cold water and 1 part soap to make a cleaning solution, dip the clean toothbrush in it and shake it off a bit so it's not too full of water (too much water can create a water stain). Gently brush the dirt mark away. Try a few times always cleaning off the toothbrush. Don't rub as this can push the dirt deeper into the fabric. Dry the shoes with a soft dry towel.

A waterproofing spray may help protect the fabric from light water contact. Always test first.

The lining of your Camilla Gabrieli shoes is made from smooth leather. You can gently remove surface dirt on the insole of your shoes by using a clean damp cloth or baby wipes. A quick wipe after every wear will ensure the best results.
